Chris Jericho Provides Update On His New Japan Pro Wrestling Future

Chris Jericho has provided an update on his status with New Japan Pro Wrestling moving forward after being asked by a fan on Twitter.

The fan asked Jericho if he was done with New Japan and Chris Jericho claimed that he is done working with them. Y2J responded by saying, ‘Unfortunately, yes.’

Unfortunately yes.

Of course, Jericho is well known for trolling fans in order to keep his appearances as a major surprise and this could be another example of that by him.

It was expected that Jericho would eventually return to have a match with Tetsuya Naito after the two shot an angle after Wrestle Kingdom 12, and last week we reported Jericho is very likely working the NJPW ‘Dominion’ event, which takes place in June. Jericho is also focusing his efforts on touring with Fozzy and his Cruise of Jericho, which does feature New Japan talent such as Kenny Omega.
