Monday night on Raw, WWE announced a new title match for the Battleground PPV in two weeks. Plus, Randy Orton’s WWE TV return.

Orton will appear on WWE TV for the first time this year in an interview segment on Chris Jericho’s “Highlight Reel” at Battleground. Orton will be promoting his match against Brock Lesnar at Summerslam in August.

Concerning Battleground, the new title match is The Miz vs. Darren Young for the Intercontinental Title. D-Young won a #1 contender battle royal on Raw.

This follows Miz and Young wrestling on this past weekend’s house show tour. Young won the matches via DQ due to interference from Maryse.
